By subscribing to the e-news or making a purchase in our online store, you agree that in the company THE COFFE MINER Mitja Jarc s.p., Ulica OF 7, 8210 Trebnje (hereinafter: the manager), we collect, process and store personal data, which you provide to us.

By subscribing to the e-news, in which we will inform you about the novelties of our offer, benefits and discounts. By doing so, you agree that we collect personal information about you.

The personal data we collect for this purpose are:

We will also use the data to periodically send surveys or questionnaires to collect your feedback and opinions, and for statistical analysis in anonymised and summarized form.

2. Purchase in an online store

To successfully make a purchase in our online store (order control, delivery of goods), we will ask you for the following personal information:

• name and surname;
• shipping address;
• company or name of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
• tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
• email address (username);
• contact telephone number.

Based on your consent, the collected personal data is also used for the purposes of sales analysis (statistical processing, marketing research, customer segmentation, processing of past purchasing behavior) and for other marketing activities of THE COFFFEE MINER, Mitja Jarc s.p., (advertising in search engines and social networks, remarketing, planning and conducting special promotional and sales campaigns).

We will not use the personal data provided for other purposes.

We collect personal data on the basis of your consent or. on the basis of a contract.

We use personal data exclusively for the purpose for which you provided us with the data.

Saving data

We only allow access to your personal data to authorized persons in the THE COFFFEE MINER online store. Personal data stored in physical or electronic form is strictly protected from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
