• Flair 58 (Electric) – includes a Preheat Temperature Controller with three selectable heat settings for precise thermal control and consistent extractions.

• Flair 58x (Non-Electric) – stays true to Flair’s original manual tradition, but now comes preheat-enabled, so you can easily upgrade later with the optional Preheat Controller Kit.

With the Flair 58’s Preheat Temperature Controller, you can preheat your brew head to one of three settings for precise thermal stability. Add water without removing the stem — just heat, fill, and pull.

 Basket Options — Both Included in Every Set

Each Flair 58 and 58x now comes with two precision baskets to suit different coffee styles and grind settings:

• Low-Flow Basket (16–22 g) – chamfered design that allows for slightly coarser grinds, making it easier to dial in and compatible with a wider range of grinders.

• High-Flow Basket (18–22 g) – straight-walled, commercial-style basket for experienced baristas who prefer faster flow and higher extraction precision.

With both baskets included, you can easily switch between classic, forgiving extractions or café-style high-performance shots — depending on your beans, grinder, and taste.
